Almost every business can expand and expand until they hit a saturation point. At some point you’ve scaled so much that you filled the market in your home country or region.

This is where international expansion – particularly expansion to the US may make a lot of sense.

If you have your business tuned in and working well then you typically just need to find more of your customers.

It’s been noted that the United States has a unique history. The modern United States is made up of people from all over the globe. At most times of it’s history the US has accepted many immigrants.

What this means is that you will likely find pockets of your customers in the US. Maybe in multiple locations.

And the diversity of the US means many opportunities for testing and scaling your sales.
