One of the funny things about human nature is we seem to focus on certain things – and excluder others.
Quite simply our range of vision is limited by our experiences and what we’ve been told about.
We all have blindspots (my friend Kevin McCarthy has a whole program on it).
And the best way to address blindspots is to work with others with different backgrounds and experiences to help weave the net and cover those weaknesses.
